What is actually here
One page per recurring difficulty. On it: what the difficulty is, how many different people have described it and where, their own words with a link back to each thread, and whatever they said they do about it in the meantime.
A difficulty gets a page only after at least two different people have described it. That threshold is the whole point — anyone can find one person complaining about anything. How this works explains the grouping, the counts, and which parts of each page are written by a language model.
Who it is for
Two kinds of people, wanting opposite things from the same page. Someone who has just hit the problem and wants to know they are not being stupid — that it is the thing, not them, and here is what other people ended up doing. And someone looking for something worth building or fixing, who would rather read forty real complaints than a market report.
Who runs it
An independent project, run by one person. There is no company behind it, no investor, and nobody paying for placement on any page. Nothing here is sponsored, and no product is ever listed in exchange for money.

How it pays for itself
Through ads, and that is the only way. Nothing on this site is behind a paywall, there is no account to create and no newsletter to join. What that costs you is described in the privacy policy.
Ads never determine what gets a page. The threshold does, and it is the same threshold whether the subject is lucrative or not.
