Are panoramic glass trains worth the extra reservation fee?
Regular regional trains often provide a better experience than premium panoramic glass trains on the exact same scenic routes. Because local regional trains do not have allocated seating, passengers can easily switch sides to catch the best views, whereas panoramic trains require steep extra reservation fees for a fixed spot.
