Can't tell which rental management software people actually use
There are too many options like Stessa, Innago, and TurboTenant, and it is hard to tell which ones landlords actually rely on versus what just gets recommended online. Piecing together spreadsheets, Venmo, and email works until record-keeping issues like disputed fees force a switch, but evaluating software for multiple properties remains overwhelming.
