Oven control panel not responding to touch but burners work
The oven's touch screen and power button ignore all input, even though the burners function and the clock displays the time. Cleaning the panel does not resolve the issue, leaving owners unable to start the appliance except through the mobile app.
What people tried
Every workaround mentioned in the threads below. We haven’t tested any of them — and nobody here is claiming they worked.
- 1cleaned the panel
- 2Starting the appliance exclusively through its mobile app
- 3Flipping the breaker off and on for a power reset
- 4Leaving the door cracked to dry out moisture in the panel
