Why does my newly seeded lawn pool after heavy rain?
Heavy rain quickly washes out and pools in low spots of freshly leveled or seeded yards before the grass can establish. This leaves homeowners constantly pumping standing water, washing away fresh seed, and having to decide whether to regrade or reseed all over again.
