Why does my car run terribly and stutter after a long drive?

“New iac in. On cold it idles high then dies. If I sit at 1000-1300rpm for a minute let it warm up, Then let go of throttle completely it idles almost perfectly normal for an extended amount of time. I do hear some strong hissing noise at the front end of the engine. I’ve replaced tons of vacuum lines.”source ↗
