Finding baby mice or rats scattered around the house
Baby rodents are often found scattered and separated because a mother is moving her litter one by one when disturbed, or because they crawled out of an unsecure nest. This makes it difficult to locate the original nest site or determine if more babies are nearby. Without finding the nest, it is hard to know whether the mother will return or if an infestation is active.
