Dog beds for 140 pound picky dogs

Finding a raised platform for an aging, 140-pound dog is difficult because toddler bed alternatives typically have a 50-pound weight limit. Standard fluffy or clumping beds are impossible to clean and often have a factory smell that picky dogs outright reject. This forces owners to constantly replace beds, making them hesitant to waste money on expensive options their dog might never use.

“We’ve always used a crib mattress for him, but as he’s getting older I wanted to get him a raised platform for it so it’s easier to get on and off the bed. My hesitation is that any toddler bed I’ve found has a 50lb weight limit.”source ↗
