Can you put a 4-inch faucet on an 8-inch sink?
Faucet and sink hole spreads are fixed, meaning a 4-inch centerset faucet physically cannot stretch or bend to fit an 8-inch spread vanity. Trying to force rigid supply lines or mismatch these configurations prevents proper installation and forces you to buy components that match your exact sink dimensions.
