Why do kitchen sink slip joints keep coming loose?
Slip joints under the kitchen sink frequently loosen when household members accidentally bump into the drain pipes or storage items underneath. This recurring movement breaks the seal on the plastic or metal slip nuts, causing slow leaks that require constant tightening to prevent water damage.
