How to manage and match large external lists without importing them all

Existing list-management tools lack integration with modern database platforms like NXT or Salesforce, forcing teams to manually match external records against database entries. Without a tool that can query, merge, or house millions of external records alongside the main CRM, bulk data cleanups and imports become slow and prone to duplicate creation.

What people tried

Every workaround mentioned in the threads below. We haven’t tested any of them — and nobody here is claiming they worked.

  1. 1
Searching for alternative third-party integrated solutions
  2. 2
Developing custom workflows for handling large external lists
  3. 3
Using alternative data loading tools that have a native find record function
  4. 4
Performing an upsert using a specific field to match on instead of looking up IDs beforehand
