How to replace a built-in wall oven igniter with hidden wires

Built-in, hardwired wall ovens lack rear access unless you completely disassemble the front or tear out the surrounding cabinetry. When attempting to replace the igniter, the new wires hit the back panel because there is no clear path or guidance on where to fish them through the firewall.
