Temporary fix for a draft under a bent door
When ice buildup bends the bottom corner of a door inward, adjusting the hinge plates will not close the gap to stop cold drafts. You need to apply a weather stripping product directly to the bottom of the door. This provides a temporary seal against the air until you can get a new door.

“So the bottom drafts in air, the problem first started a few winters ago when the snow was cleared from the door properly and just allowed to build up. Similar to the freeze and thawing that splits rocks, I believe the door itself has bent by the build up of ice.”source ↗
“Im looking for temporary solutions until we can get a new door next summer. Ive moved the hinge plates thinking that would help, it did not. It seems that the bottom left corner is bent inwards, not a misaligned door.”source ↗
