Why is supplier communication spread across so many apps?

Supplier details, order updates, and specification agreements get scattered across multiple messaging apps and emails for every single order. This forces people to dig through numerous threads just to answer basic questions about packaging or tracking, which makes tracking overseas shipments frustrating and disorganized.

What people tried

Every workaround mentioned in the threads below. We haven’t tested any of them — and nobody here is claiming they worked.

  1. 1
Using spreadsheets and discipline to manually keep track of order details
  2. 2
Waiting for a couple of weeks before taking action
  3. 3
Opening an official dispute or case with the platform support
  4. 4
Asking the seller directly for updates or tracking details
