How to keep leveled ground from becoming wavy over time
Achieving precise elevations and flat shapes is difficult because compacted fill and leveled soil often become wavy over time due to settling. This makes it hard to lay down fill or top dressing that stays flat in the long run without risking damage to existing grass.
