Said It Here

Washing machine runs continuously on all settings

The appliance continues to activate on every setting even after manual switch manipulation and replacing components like the timer, thermostat, or heating element. This causes the machine to malfunction on cooling modes and overheat the laundry.

What people tried

Every workaround mentioned in the threads below. We haven’t tested any of them — and nobody here is claiming they worked.

  1. 1
    replacing the timer
  2. 2
pushing the metal post by hand
  3. 3
pause or cancel the cycle manually

I replaced the thermostat and heating element to make it dry. But now it doesn't cool, even if I set it too "cooling" mode.source ↗
