Can multiple Windows users open a KeePass database?

KeePass does not natively support setting up multiple Windows user logins or Active Directory domain accounts as valid authentication for a single database. This prevents shared systems from allowing different users to open the file using their individual credentials.

What people tried

Every workaround mentioned in the threads below. We haven’t tested any of them — and nobody here is claiming they worked.

  1. 1
using a master key and key-file as authentication
  2. 2
transfer the database onto a stick

I'd be interested in this as well, we're talking AD domain accounts, right?source ↗

So, as the title says, is there a possibility to set up multiple Windows user logins as valid authentication to open up a keypass database?source ↗
