Dashboard lights and ABS lights flashing when using turn signal
Activating the turn signal can cause unrelated dashboard lights, center console indicators, and even ABS or traction control lights to flash or turn on unexpectedly. This electrical glitch often points to a shared ground failure or a wiring short circuit in the steering column or tail light assembly.
What people tried
Every workaround mentioned in the threads below. We haven’t tested any of them — and nobody here is claiming they worked.
- 1Checking and replacing burnt-out turn signal or headlight bulbs
- 2Inspecting fuses and checking for low battery voltage
