Neighbors cutting grass below three inches during heat waves, or hiring landscapers who scalp the lawn, causes turf damage and gravel accumulation that prevents growth. This ruins the lawn's health and creates ongoing neighborhood friction when the neighbor denies the mower setting is too low.
