Toxic school administration making me want to quit

School administrators often become comfortable lying, overworking, and openly bullying teachers out of their schools. Teachers carry an overwhelming sense of responsibility and face an ever-increasing workload in an environment completely devoid of educational ideals. This constant mistreatment creates an intense aversion toward the school and leaves educators seriously questioning whether to continue in the job.
