How do I know if my salary is fair?

Job titles rarely match actual day-to-day responsibilities, leaving professionals guessing whether they are underpaid for their workload. Without a clear way to compare total compensation including bonuses, benefits, and remote arrangements across similar roles, employees cannot confidently ask for a raise.

What people tried

Every workaround mentioned in the threads below. We haven’t tested any of them — and nobody here is claiming they worked.

I was wondering what you are making in your HR Coordinator roles. Salary, bonuses, benefits, in office, remote, hybrid, those sort of things.source ↗

I’m currently making $90K and am considering asking for a compensation adjustment. I’m also working toward passing the CFE, but don’t have my CPA yet.source ↗

What would you consider a reasonable salary for my situation? Would $105K, $110K, or $115K be too much to ask?source ↗

I was thinking of asking for a big bump. Like to 4000 euros a month. Cause I don't have equity or anything if the project becomes super successful.source ↗

Looking for an outsider perspective on my situation so I can negotiate a good raise for myself.source ↗
