Found a crack in a brand new toilet
A cracked porcelain fixture poses severe injury risks and must be replaced immediately before installation is finished. Because the damage was discovered on a brand-new unit before its first use, the fixture cannot be installed safely and requires an immediate return or warranty replacement.
