Why won't my dog settle in the car?
Dogs often outgrow sitting in a lap and refuse to settle in the back seat, constantly pacing, putting paws on the armrest, and trying to climb forward despite using a hammock or seatbelt tether. This makes safe driving difficult and prevents the dog from relaxing during travel.
