Washing machine finishes cycle but drum won't spin
The washing machine completes its cycle and takes in water, but the drum fails to rotate despite making a small click or turning freely by hand. This prevents the machine from washing or agitating clothes properly.
What people tried
Every workaround mentioned in the threads below. We haven’t tested any of them — and nobody here is claiming they worked.
- 1spinning the drum manually by hand
- 2checking if the drum spins by hand
- 3clearing debris from the blower chute
