Why are there so many surprise questions on professional exams?
Exams often include unfamiliar, ambiguous scenarios like unexpected merchandise assurance or asset classification traps. Wrestling with these unusual technical problems consumes too much time, leading candidates to panic, run out of time, and doubt whether they passed.
