Where to buy affordable unfinished cabinet doors

Pre-made custom doors often cost more than the plywood used to build the cabinet boxes. Most available options are expensive, designed strictly for kitchens, and rarely come unfinished to allow for custom painting or staining. This leaves renovators stuck choosing between paying high prices or going on the hook to build the doors themselves.
