How to fix dull worn spots on laminate flooring
High traffic areas on laminate wear down over time, causing high spots to lose their original finish, show dark marks, or develop scratches. While some attempt to mask them with extra stain, standard finishes won't bond to laminate's protective wear layer, which usually leaves replacement as the only permanent fix.
