Why does my HVAC fuse blow immediately when I turn the power on?
The low-voltage control fuse keeps popping instantly upon restoring power because there is an active short circuit somewhere in the system. Replacing parts like the contactor, capacitor, or transformer won't fix the issue until the underlying short is found and repaired, leaving the system completely unusable.
