Why do I hear a weird noise but see no leaks?

Unexplained noises can happen when nothing is turned on, during specific uses like a stronger shower setting, or remain constant near a power steering pump even after replacing an O-ring. The lack of visible leaks makes it hard to pinpoint the exact source and figure out if the system actually needs to be checked.

“Chirp noise by the power steering pump (or I think). I don't think it's the belt because it stays constant and I just replaced the inlet o ring.”source ↗
