How are teachers supposed to implement unrealistic 504 plans?
Unrealistic 504 plans often read like vague therapy requirements or lack measurable outcomes that can actually be executed in a regular classroom. Because schools rarely hand over these documents at the start of the year, teachers are forced to hunt them down themselves and figure out how to provide accommodations that feel impossible to fulfill.
