Airline won't let me change flight booked through third party

Airlines will not modify your ticket directly because the travel agency holds the original booking information. Agencies often refuse to hand over these details, forcing you to either gamble on a refund or pay exorbitant agency fees just to change your travel dates.

“I just simply want to change it and be done with it. But kiwi doesn't give me that option even tho I have tried to explain over and over that Wizz won't change anything because I do not have the information of the booking....which by the way kiwi won;t provide me with”source ↗

“Now what would be my best option? Just gamble and go with the refund or try to convince them to give me the info of the booking”source ↗
