Can I pay commercial rent with a credit card?

Tenants want to put rent on their business credit cards instead of sending monthly bank transfers, but landlords usually refuse. Property owners avoid accepting cards because they fear a nightmare scenario where a tenant initiates a chargeback. In a chargeback situation, payment processors will not fight for the landlord, leaving them stuck fighting the dispute alone.
