What food and drinks should we have while getting ready on wedding morning?

Bridal parties need easy snacks and drinks on hand while getting ready, but figuring out quantities and timing can be confusing. People struggle to avoid overbuying or choosing messy foods that might stain dresses or cause bloating, leaving them unsure whether to put out a single spread or arrange food deliveries.

What people tried

Every workaround mentioned in the threads below. We haven’t tested any of them — and nobody here is claiming they worked.

  1. 1
Putting out muffins and fruit for breakfast and getting a sandwich tray delivered for lunch with a veggie tray, iced coffee, and mimosas
  2. 2
Using a couple of charcuterie boxes for lunch and individually packaged snacks to graze throughout the day
  3. 3
Dividing food into two intentional moments: a light morning breakfast spread followed by a more substantial lunch around 11:30 to 12:30
