Why does my radiator coolant hose keep popping off?

Coolant hoses can detach from their connectors during driving even after the retaining clip is pressed down because the connection is no longer secure under pressure. This causes sudden coolant loss and engine overheating, forcing you to stop immediately to prevent serious engine damage.

What people tried

Every workaround mentioned in the threads below. We haven’t tested any of them — and nobody here is claiming they worked.
