How do you take care of a newborn all alone?
Caring for a baby without help leaves parents trapped holding the infant constantly to prevent crying, making it impossible to safely cook, shower, or sleep more than a couple of hours at a time. The sheer physical exhaustion eventually leads to dangerous involuntary nodding off while holding the child, preventing basic self-care and daily survival tasks.
