Why do data dashboards still leave us guessing what to do next?
Having extensive visibility into business metrics does not automatically make decisions easier or turn data into useful coaching. Instead of driving concrete actions, meetings still end up questioning what to do with the numbers, leaving teams tracking activity rather than executing practical changes.
What people tried
Every workaround mentioned in the threads below. We haven’t tested any of them — and nobody here is claiming they worked.
- 1implementing alarm levels on whats good or bad etc.... at what level does it need to trigger action of some sort.
- 2Digging into sales call recordings instead of relying solely on CRM data
- 3Reviewing CRM patterns for stalled deals and missed follow-ups then checking call logs
