Why do owner reports take so much time?
Spelling out variance explanations for minor utility spikes and simple timing differences consumes hours of time. Even when the numbers are fine, owners often reply to these detailed breakdowns with more questions, forcing managers to essentially repeat the tedious reporting process mid-month.
