How to automatically link a contact to all company tickets
Native help desk workflows cannot automatically link a single contact to every ticket submitted across an entire company regardless of who submitted it. This limitation forces support teams to either resort to complex custom APIs or third-party apps, or abandon automated company-wide ticket tracking entirely.
What people tried
Every workaround mentioned in the threads below. We haven’t tested any of them — and nobody here is claiming they worked.
- 1building an custom API
- 2using a third-party automation app

“If the goal is to automatically associate one contact with every ticket for a company, the native workflow tools may not be enough. You’d likely need an API or third-party automation to handle that association reliably.”source ↗
