Why is mapping CRM contacts and companies so hard?

Standard CRMs often lack reliable geographic visualization, forcing teams to manually export data to external mapping tools just to plan regional outreach. This workaround is tedious and frequently results in broken geocoding errors, such as dropping international clients onto random domestic locations.

What people tried

Every workaround mentioned in the threads below. We haven’t tested any of them — and nobody here is claiming they worked.

  1. 1
exporting data to Google Maps to plan regional outreach
  2. 2
using third-party apps like 'Contacts Journal CRM' on iOS

We used to export to Google Maps just to plan regional outreach, which was painful.source ↗
