Why is my brand new AC condenser fan not spinning?
Browned or burned electrical cables and a bad resistor can prevent even a brand new fan from spinning. This wiring damage stops the fan from operating normally, though the system may still blow excessively cold air while the vehicle is moving. Fixing the root cause requires replacing the damaged cabling along with the blower components.
