Why is my blower motor stuck on the lowest setting?
A blower motor stuck on its lowest setting prevents the fan speed from changing even when you turn the dashboard dial or install a new resistor. Replacement parts, especially cheap ones, often burn out immediately, leaving the climate control system permanently trapped on low.
