Why is my cat obsessed with chasing light reflections?
Cats become hyper-focused, anxious, and irritable because light reflections and laser pointers offer no physical catch, leaving them endlessly frustrated. This constant anticipation causes them to demand play, track phones or lasers obsessively, and sleep less.
