Teachers spend a massive amount of time on inflated data collection, useless administrative pet projects, and standardized testing bureaucracy rather than focusing on students. This unmanageable workload and constant hoop-jumping leaves educators increasingly fatigued and overwhelmed by the non-teaching duties surrounding their jobs.
