Why do fintech platforms lock business accounts and ignore support?

Online banks and payment processors suddenly freeze business accounts for reviews without clear explanations, leaving owners unable to access funds. This lack of communication prevents companies from operating normally and can severely damage critical business relationships.

What people tried

Every workaround mentioned in the threads below. We haven’t tested any of them — and nobody here is claiming they worked.

  1. 1
    Calling customer support multiple times
  2. 2
    Messaging support on X
  3. 3
Reaching out directly to the company CEO on LinkedIn
  4. 4
Creating dedicated websites and petitions to expose the issue
  5. 5
Moving payout systems and billing over to cryptocurrency and stablecoins like USDT
  6. 6
Maintaining cash reserves or limited runway to survive sudden disruptions
  7. 7
Keeping alternative fiat payment options open for clients or affiliates who refuse crypto
