How to deal with severe cat matting without getting a full shave?
Severe mats can become too tightly tangled to brush out, especially in hard-to-reach areas or for heavier cats. This forces owners to resort to a vet shave or full clipping to protect their pet's skin, preventing regular maintenance brushing.
