Dishwasher lights blinking and won't start

Blinking indicator lights often signal an active error state or incomplete cycle that a standard circuit breaker reset cannot clear. This locks the control panel and stops the dishwasher from running new cycles until the underlying fault code or diagnostic lock is resolved.

What people tried

Every workaround mentioned in the threads below. We haven’t tested any of them — and nobody here is claiming they worked.

  1. 1
Turning off the circuit breaker for 10 minutes
  2. 2
    Running a diagnostic cycle
  3. 3
Cutting power to the dishwasher to clear out the error
  4. 4
    Increasing the water heater temperature
  5. 5
Heating the water before starting the cycle

But still, when I run a sani-rinse cycle, the sanitize light is still flashing.source ↗

I've tried another diagnostic cycle to see if that clears things out, but still no results.source ↗
