Automated notification emails only show IDs instead of client names

Automated alerts only include cryptic internal IDs rather than recognizable names, forcing consultants to manually dig through every customer organization to figure out which account the message refers to. This turns a simple notification into a frustrating treasure hunt that wastes hours of troubleshooting time reconnecting integrations.

What people tried

Every workaround mentioned in the threads below. We haven’t tested any of them — and nobody here is claiming they worked.

  1. 1
Maintaining a central spreadsheet or board mapping internal IDs to client organizations
  2. 2
Using separate email addresses or group emails for each client login

I don't memorise all my org and user IDs. How about giving us a little more to work with hey?source ↗

I spent all afternoon after I got this email today having to reconnect all our integrations. That was time so well spent.source ↗

we have multiple customer orgs so while the org Id is helpful (it's in the body of the email) it means we have to go through each org to figure out which it's for.source ↗
