Replacement CV axle won't fit or fully seat
New replacement CV axles often look like the wrong length or refuse to click and seat fully into the transmission and hub assembly. This leaves gaps of up to two centimeters and blocks reassembly, forcing people to repeatedly tear down the suspension out of frustration.
