Can I leave newly introduced cats alone for a week?

Leaving newly introduced cats alone with only check-in visits forces owners to manage routines from afar while worrying that the cats will stop eating or that something will go wrong. Because living in a studio apartment makes it impossible to physically separate the cats when no one is home, the intense anxiety often leaves owners constantly stressed about whether their pets will be okay.
