Exam results missing and incorrectly marked as a no-show
Official certification exam results taken at live events sometimes fail to record properly, leading systems to incorrectly mark test-takers as a no-show. Resolving this requires opening a support ticket, though it can take several weeks for the testing platform to verify attendance and update the record.
What people tried
Every workaround mentioned in the threads below. We haven’t tested any of them — and nobody here is claiming they worked.
- 1Contact Salesforce support and open a ticket
- 2Wait a week then start pinging support
- 3Putting the exam out of mind and focusing on other personal activities
- 4Waiting until results are released before deciding to study again
